Experience behind the program

Designed by an experienced corporate trainer

Brent Howard has more than 13 years of experience in English education. As a Senior Corporate English Trainer, he coached employees in 30- and 60-minute sessions scheduled during their working day.

As Instructional Design Manager, he trained and developed newer Corporate English Trainers and oversaw the development of instructional materials. Reviewing the lessons they created, he checked that each one matched its objective, that explanations were clear and correct, and that slides weren't overloaded. He also checked that lessons kept employees talking rather than turning into presentations. Where a lesson fell short, he gave structured, actionable feedback and required revisions.

That experience shapes every Trailblazer English program: short, practical sessions, a clear structure, and materials that support the conversation instead of replacing it.
